تكوين المعلمين على أنثروبولوجيا الاتصال وأثره على العملية التربوية

الملخص
في ظل التغيرات الراهنة والتحديات المستقبلية في مجال التعليم والمنظومة التربوية بصفة عامة، أصبح التكوين ضرورة ملحة، فالمعلم في الجزائر يحتاج الى تنمية قدراته الاتصالية لكي يستطيع الفهم أكثر حول ثقافات التلاميذ وتحسين مهارات التواصل معهم ما ينعكس بدوره بالإيجاب على التحصيل الدراسي ورفع مستوى التفاعل ، وعليه تهدف هذه الدراسة الى ابراز أهمية تكوين المعلم على أنثروبولوجيا الاتصال من خلال الاستفادة من معرفة السبل والوسائل الاتصالية المتاحة، بالإضافة الى العلاقات المتبادلة بين السبل والوسائل والمضامين الاتصالية وأنواع التفاعل الاجتماعي ومعرفة الفروق الفردية وتشجيع الحوار والتعبير داخل الفصل، حيث قمنا بإجراء دراسة ميدانية من اهم نتائجها ان تكوين المعلمين على انثروبولوجيا الاتصال يساهم في تعزيز مشاركة الطلاب وتحسين عملية التعلم من خلال التفاهم والاحترام المتبادل وكذا توفير بيئة تعليمية تعزز التفاعل الثقافي Abstract : In light of the current changes and future challenges in the field of education and the educational system in general, training has become an urgent necessity. Teachers in Algeria need to develop their communication skills in order to be able to understand more about students’ cultures and improve their communication skills with them. Accordingly, this study aims to highlight the importance of teacher training in the anthropology of communication by benefiting from knowledge of available communication methods and means, in addition to the mutual relationships between methods, means, and communication contents, types of social interaction, knowledge of individual differences, and encouragement of dialogue and expression within the classroom. We conducted a field study, one of the most important results of which is that teacher training in the anthropology of communication contributes to enhancing student participation and improving the learning process through mutual understanding and respect, as well as providing an educational environment that enhances cultural interaction.
