The institution is regarded as a deliberate social entity that is committed to community development. The organisation's commitment to its employees and the wider community is demonstrated by its provision of economic and social support, thereby contributing to the achievement of well-being. The quality of working life within an organisation is considered to be one of the most significant sources of civic engagement among its members. Furthermore, it is regarded as an indicator of the unique atmosphere that sets it apart from others. Consequently, the responsibility for shaping behavioural patterns of citizenship is not only social, ethical and moral, but also one that organisations must take on board. This is reflected in tangible results for the organisation's efforts in terms of growth, prosperity and adaptation to environmental requirements. Adopting social responsibility policies can help organisations boost productivity by inspiring members to work harder and more productively.
