This study analyzes how cyber stress impacts athletes' psychological states and performance in modern training environments through a comprehensive review and descriptive-analytical approach. The findings reveal that digital anxiety elevates stress levels and impairs cognitive functions like concentration and decision-making. Physiologically, it causes elevated cortisol, sleep disturbances, and compromised physical recovery. Additionally, resistance to technological innovation emerges as a significant barrier preventing effective adoption of modern training technologies. Results demonstrate that integrating psychological support, relaxation techniques, digital time management, and technological training enhances athletes' adaptation and sustainable performance in contemporary settings. The study addresses a critical knowledge gap in sports science regarding digital challenges and provides practical recommendations for developing training models that merge psychological, social, and technological dimensions.
