Impediments To The Application Of Comprehensive Quality In Higher Education Institutions

Abstract

The aim of this paper is to identify the obstacles to the application of comprehensive quality in higher education institutions in Algeria's environment by addressing the variables of research, as well as all related historical background, and the objectives of total quality. We have concluded that there are several obstacles to the operationalization of total quality, the most important of which are: The poor composition of masters in universities, especially on the technical side, is difficult to teach in modern ways, the lack of work done and the university benefits as a physical entry or classification in the first grades internationally, and as a summary we should think carefully about new ways to keep pace and develop from the level of higher education
