This study examines the crucial role of defining behavioral objectives in psychology, particularly within Sheikh Abdelhamid Ben Badis's Quranic Exegesis and his educational reforms. It aims to behaviorally articulate his educational goals and methods for shaping Muslim character, comparing them with Western behavioral studies. The research concludes that Ben Badis pioneered practical methods for evaluating behavior based on the Quran and Sunnah. These universally applicable objectives, rooted in the Quran, promote comprehensive reform. The study stresses the ongoing need to explore behavior modification within Islamic tradition, guided by clear educational aims, especially given contemporary challenges to inherent human nature and core values.
