ملخص: تتناول هذه الدراسة قضية تأنيث النخبة في قطاع الطاقة الجزائري في ظل التحولات الاقتصادية التي شهدتها البلاد، بالتركيز على تحليل واقع تمكين المرأة في هذا القطاع الاستراتيجي، ومدى تحقيقها لمناصب قيادية، واستكشاف التحديات والعوائق التي تواجهها، سواء على المستوى القانوني، أو الاجتماعي، أو المؤسسي، مع مقارنة التجربة الجزائرية مع نماذج دولية ناجحة، لتعزيز دور المرأة في قطاع الطاقة، بما يسهم في تحسين أداء المؤسسات وتحقيق التنمية المستدامة، من خلال مناهج تحليلية ومقارنة، وتحليل البيانات الإحصائية الرسمية، وخلصت إلى أن تمكين المرأة في هذا القطاع لا يزال محدودا رغم الإصلاحات، ما يستدعي سياسات أكثر شمولا لتعزيز المساواة بين الجنسين في المناصب القيادية. Abstract: This study examines the phenomenon of the feminization of the elite within Algeria’s energy sector in the context of the country's recent economic transformations. It focuses on assessing the state of women's empowerment in this strategic sector, evaluating their attainment of leadership positions, and identifying the legal, social, and institutional challenges and barriers they encounter. Furthermore, the study offers a comparative analysis between the Algerian experience and successful international models to derive best practices for enhancing women's participation in the energy field. Through the application of analytical and comparative methodologies and the analysis of official statistical data, the study finds that women's empowerment in the Algerian energy sector remains limited despite ongoing reforms. These findings highlight the urgent need for more comprehensive and inclusive policies aimed at promoting gender equality in leadership positions, thereby contributing to improved institutional performance and the achievement of sustainable development goals.
