الملخص
من أعظم ما اعتنى به المسلمون في رحلاتهم وتنقلاتهم داخل العالم الإسلامي تبادل الإجازات العلمية، التي كانت من أبرز حلقات الاتصال والتواصل بين علماء المغرب والأندلس. وكانت هذه الإجازات في حد ذاتها مقياسا بارزا يعكس حجم المبادلات والعلاقات العلمية بين الأقطار والعلماء، كما تبرر مستوى الإنتاج الفكري لكل عصر. وسنحاول في هذه المداخلة الإجابة عن بعض الأسئلة المتعلقة بمفهوم الإجازة وأهميتها التاريخية، وما مدى حضور علماء المغرب الأوسط في هذا المجال من حيث اجازاتهم لغيرهم وطلب اجازة غيرهم (من علماء الأندلس)، والوقوف على المجيزين والمجازين والعلوم التي انتشرت فيها الإجازة في الفترة الممتدة من القرن 7 ه الى 9 ه (13م -15م)، على اعتبار أنها أخصب العهود في المغرب الأوسط لاشتهارها بجيل من العلماء ساهموا بفعالية في إثراء الحركة العلمية. One of the most important aspects of Muslim travel within the Islamic world was the exchange of scholarly licenses (ijazah), which served as a vital link between scholars of the Maghreb and Andalusia. These licenses were a significant indicator of the extent of scholarly exchange and relations between different regions and scholars, and they also reflected the level of intellectual output in each era. This paper will attempt to answer some questions related to the concept of the ijazah and its historical importance. It will examine the role of scholars from the central Maghreb in this field, both in granting licenses to others and in seeking licenses from Andalusian scholars. The paper will also explore the individuals who granted and received licenses, and the fields of knowledge in which the practice of ijazah flourished during the period from the 7th to the 9th centuries AH (13th-15th centuries CE). This period is considered the most fertile in the central Maghreb, renowned for a generation of scholars who actively contributed to the enrichment of the intellectual movement.
