Le Wāziʿ Social Et L’organisation De La Société Tribale Selon Ibn Khaldûn

Résumé

Résumé — Cet article traite du concept de Wāziʿ en tant que force sociale et nécessité naturelle à l'établissement de la société tribale, selon Ibn Khaldûn. Il cherche à mettre en lumière son importance dans la mise en place des fondements de l’Etat, dans l’organisation des relations entre les individus en vue de la coopération et de la préservation de l'espèce humaine, étant donné qu’il est impossible pour les gens de vivre dans le chaos sans au thorite régulatrice. L’étude explore également les les formes que prend ce wāziʿ selon Ibn Khaldûn dans les contextes bédouin et urbain, en analysant leur rôle respectif dans la garantie de la sécurité externe de la tribu et dans l’établissement d’un pouvoir politique centralisé. Enfin, cette contribution vise à fournir une vision claire du wāziʿ en tant que force défensive pur la société tribale ou en tant que force revendiquant l’autorité politique. Abstract- this paper studies the motive as social force and as a natural necessity for the establishment and functioning of tribal society according to Ibn Khaldûn expression, trying in This regard to clarify its importance in establishing the rules of state on the one hand and in organizing the Relationship of individuals ith each other for the sake of cooperation and the preservation of the human species on the other hand, due to the impossibility of people’s survival. Chaos without a ruler spreads aggression against each other. This study ill also attempt clarify the forms of motives according to Ibn Khaldûn (internal and external) in the Bedouin and urban settings and to sheikh forms are of greater importance according to Ibn Khaldûn, heather in ensuring the external security of the tribe in establishing the central authority of the state. Finally, This paper attempts to give a clear Picture of the role of conscience as a defensive force for tribal society or a force demanding political authority.
