الشيخ بن رحال: مواقفه السياسية وجهوده الإصلاحية في مجال التربية والتعليم

الملخص
تتناول هذه الورقة بالدراسة شخصية سياسية وثقافية، من خيرة ما انتجبت الساحة الثقافية والعلمية في الجزائر، فترة نهاية القرن التاسع عشر وبداية الربع الأول من القرن العشرين. إنها شخصية الشّيخ محمد بن رحّال الندرومي التلمساني. وسوف نحاول في هذا الشأن معرفة أهم الرؤى التي جاء بها، وعن أهم الاقتراحات التي قدمها في سبيل إحياء الدائرة الثقافية والتربوية والدينية في جزائر ما بين 1886- 1925. كما أن هذه الدراسة ستحاول معرفة أهم التغيرات التي أصابت المستوى الثقافي، وبشكل خاص مستوى التعليم في تلك الحقبة من تاريخ الجزائر الحديث. وأخيراً ستحاول هذه الورقة إعطاء صور عن بعض ردود الفعل لدى المجتمع الجزائري، والمتمثلة في الرفض والمقاومة لمختلف سياسات الاحتلال الفرنسي، خصوصاً على المستوى التعليمي والتربوي والثقافي بشكل عام. الكلمات المفتاحية: ثقافة، تعليم، إصلاحات، جهاز تربوي، محمد بن رحّال، ندرومة. paper examines a political and cultural figure, of the most distinguished personalities to emerge from the cultural and scientific scene in Algeria during the late19th century and the first quarter of the20th century. It is the figure of Sheikh Mohammed bin Rahal AL -Nadroumi AL – Telemsani. In this regard, we will attempt to explore the key visions he introduced and the most significant proposals he put forward to revive the cultural, educationnel, and religious spheres in Algeria between 1886 and 1925. Additionally, this study, seeks to understand the major changer that affected the cultural landscape particularity the level of education during that period in modern Algerian history. Finally, this paper aims to provide insights into some of the Algerian society’s reactions, particularly in the form of rejection and resistance against, various French colonial policies, especially in the educational, pedagogical, and cultural spheres. : cultural, Educational, Reforms, Educational System, Mohammed bin Rahal, Nadrouma. key words
