الملخص
تضمّن هذا المقال بعضا من الإضافات التي لم تُدوّن من قبلُ حول ترجمة الإمام أبي جعفر الداودي (ت402هـ), وعُنيت فيه بدراسة فقهية لرأيه الذي اشتهر عنه في جواز إلحاق ولد الزنا بنسب الزاني, حيث تطرّقت الدراسة لصور هذه المسألة وأشكالها, والموافقين والمخالفين لرأي هذا الإمام, وحكم كل واحدة منها عند هؤلاء, مع بيان ما تستند إليه هذه الآراء. This article included some of the additions that had not been recorded before about the translation of Imam Abu Jaafar al-Daoudi (d. 402 AH), and I focused on a jurisprudential study of his well-known opinion regarding the permissibility of attaching the child of adultery to the lineage of the adulterer. The study touched on the forms and forms of this issue, and those who agreed and disagreed with the opinion of this imam. And the ruling on each of them according to them, along with an explanation of what these opinions are based on.
