Organizational Control As An Approach To Building Institutional Commitment: A Field Study On Organizational Dynamics Within The Bougara Boularas Hospital Institution – Tébessa

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the level of Organizational Control and Organizational Commitment in the Healthcare Institution of Bouguerra Boulaares in Tébessa. To investigate this, the study proceeded from a set of questions and hypotheses; therefore, a descriptive methodology was adopted. Using the tools of questionnaire and observation, we subsequently obtained a set of data, which we then analysed using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS). After presenting and analysing the data derived from the field of study, the study found a relationship between its variables, indicating a reflection of Organizational Control on Organizational Commitment in the institution under study. The study was also discussed in light of previous research. هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة مستوى الرقابة التنظيمية و الولاء التنظيمي في المؤسسة الاستشفائية بوڤرة بولعراس تبسة وللكشف عن ذلك انطلقت الدراسة من مجموعة التساؤلات و الفرضيات لذا تم اعتماد المنهج الوصفي، و باستخدام أداتي الاستبيان والملاحظة تحصلنا بعد ذلك على مجموعة من البيانات قمنا بعد ذلك بتحليلها بواسطة البرنامج الإحصائي للعلوم الاجتماعية، وبعد عرض وتحليل البيانات المستقاة من ميدان الدراسة، توصلت الدراسة لوجود علاقة بين متغيراتها حيث يوجد انعكاس للرقابة التنظيمية على الولاء التنظيمي في المؤسسة ميدان الدراسة، كما تمت مناقشة الدراسة في ضوء الدراسات السابقة.
