Linguistic sounds are not fixed in a single form in verbal performance over time, but rather are affected by change and transformation from one state to another, whether at the level of phonemes or allophones. Modern phonologists have tried to explain this change and link it to laws and standars that control it. Through this concept, this research paper aims to shed light on the phenomenon of phonetic change that affects phonetic units during actual speech practice, the most important phonetic laws that control it, and its phonetic interpretation with its rooting in ancient Arabic linguistic studies.
