الملخص

تمثل الرواية العربية مجالاً خصباً لتفاعل المرجعي مع المتخيّل، حيث لا يستدعي المرجع بوصفه واقعاً ساكناً أو وثيقة خارجية، بل يعاد إنتاجه وتخييله وفق منظور إبداعي يعيد مساءلة المسلّمات ويقترح تمثيلات جديدة للذات والآخر، وللتاريخ والهوية، خصوصاً في سياقات الاستعمار وما بعده، وفي هذا الإطار تحتل رواية "عناق الأفاعي" لعز الدين جلاوجي موقعاً متقدِّما كونها نموذج سردي يتفاعل بوعي جمالي وفكري مع المرجع التاريخي، دون أن يقع في أسر التوثيق أو التقرير. تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى الكشف عن الكيفيّة التي يشتغل بها المرجعي والمتخيَّل في البناء السردي لرواية عز الدين جلاوجي، بوصفها نموذجاً روائياً يعيد كتابة التاريخ المحلي والوطني من خلال منظور فني تأويلي. فالرواية لا تستند إلى المرجع بوصفه معطى ثابتاً، بل تقوم على تركيبه داخل نسق تخييلي يحتكم إلى منطق السرد والرمز والانزياح، مما يمنحها بعداً تأويلياً يتجاوز التوثيق إلى إعادة إنتاج المعنى. The Arabic novel represents a fertile ground for the interplay between the referential and the fictional. Here, the referent is not invoked as a static reality or an external document, but rather reimagined and reconstructed through a creative lens that re-examines established assumptions and proposes new representations of the self, the other, history, and identity particularly in colonial and postcolonial contexts. Within this framework, Inak AL-Afai (Embrace of Serpents) by Azzedine Jlaouji occupies a prominent place as a narrative model that engages aesthetically and intellectually with the historical referent without falling into the trap of mere documentation or reportage. This study aims to explore how the referential and the fictional operate within the narrative structure of Jlaouji’s novel, treating it as a literary model that rewrites local and national history through an artistic and interpretive perspective. Rather than relying on the referent as a fixed given, the novel reconfigures it within an imaginative framework governed by narrative logic, symbolism, and displacement.
