Abstract: This study aims to explore the relationship between psychosocial factors and heart health, focusing on how psychological stress and social tensions increase the risk of heart disease. Cardiovascular diseases are among the leading causes of death worldwide, and numerous studies have demonstrated a direct correlation between psychological factors such as stress, anxiety, and depression and an increased likelihood of developing heart disease. This study highlights the psychological and physical dimensions of cardiovascular diseases and thoroughly examines how psychosocial factors contribute to the development of these conditions.
