The Ergonomic Approach To Psychosocial Risk :an Analytical Reading

Abstract
This study aims to shed light on ergonomic research in the field of psychosocial risks at both local and global levels by analyzing six studies conducted in recent years, based on a descriptive analytical approach. These studies address psychosocial risks from three perspectives: physical, cognitive, and organizational. The research examines these studies by analyzing their objectives and results. The key findings demonstrate that, despite the positive impact of ergonomic interventions in mitigating psychosocial risks, research in this field remains limited, according to the researcher’s knowledge
