This study analyzes the determinants of Islamic Fintech adoption in four countries: Malaysia, the UAE, Indonesia, and Pakistan, over the period 2014–2024. Using quarterly panel data from the Islamic Financial Services Board (IFSB) and a logit regression model, the study identifies key financial and institutional factors influencing the adoption of Islamic Fintech. The results show that Return on Assets (ROA) has a positive and significant effect, while the Cost-to-Income ratio (CP10) has a negative and significant effect. The Number of Islamic Banks (ST01) also positively influences the adoption of Islamic Fintech, whereas the Gross Non-Performing Financing ratio (CP04) is insignificant. The study concludes that the adoption of Islamic Fintech requires a strong financial environment and a supportive regulatory framework, while encouraging well-performing institutions to foster digital financial innovation
