الملخص
تستعرض هذه الدراسة العوامل المساهمة في فشل المجتمع الدولي القانوني في حماية حقوق الإنسان في فلسطين، مركزة على التداخل بين العوامل الدولية والداخلية. تعتمد الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي .ومن ابرز النتائج أن التسييس والازدواجية في المعايير الدولية والضغوط الجيوسياسية والتحالفات الإقليمية قلّصت قدرة المؤسسات الدولية على تنفيذ القانون الدولي وفرض حماية الحقوق الفلسطينية. واوصت الدراسة تعزيز الموقف الفلسطيني الموحد على المستوى السياسي والدبلوماسي، لتقوية الضغط القانوني الدولي والمطالبة بحقوق الشعب الفلسطيني. This study examines the factors contributing to the failure of the international legal community to protect human rights in Palestine, focusing on the interplay between international and domestic factors. The study adopts a descriptive-analytical approach. Among the key findings are that politicization, double standards in international norms, geopolitical pressures, and regional alliances have reduced the ability of international institutions to enforce international law and ensure the protection of Palestinian rights. The study recommends strengthening a unified Palestinian position at the political and diplomatic levels in order to enhance international legal pressure and advocate for the rights of the Palestinian people.
