In Algeria, financial exclusion is still a key problem. Despite the government reforms, microfinance programs, and digital financial services, structural, technological, as well as institutional barriers limit inclusive access. This paper reveals how AI and financial innovation combined with support and accompaniment agencies can enhance financial inclusion. Using the Financial Inclusion Potential Model (FIPM) and (AIDFI) index, the paper quantifies improvements achievable through AI adoption, FinTech solutions, digital literacy and the strengthened institutional trust. Findings reveal that coordinated technological and institutional interventions can expand access to finance and foster the sustainable economic development in Algeria.
