أهم مظاهر السياسة البيئية الصناعية بالجزائر

الملخص
بسبب تنوع الأنشطة التي يقوم بها الناس والتي تؤثر على البيئة، كان من الضروري اتخاذ خطوات لحماية البيئة ومنع تدهورها لذلك، تم عقد العديد من المؤتمرات والاتفاقيات الدولية التي وافقت عليها العديد من الدول، بما في ذلك الجزائر. الاهتمام بالقوانين يعتبر وسيلة مهمة لتحقيق أهداف حماية البيئة بشكل عام، والبيئة الصناعية بشكل خاص، هذه القوانين تساعد في حماية الإنسان وتقليل التلوث الصناعي تدريجياً، كما أنها تتماشى مع متطلبات البيئة ومفهوم التنمية المستدامة، من خلال وضع سياسة خاصة لذلك. In light of the diversity and complexity of human activities that are constantly impacting the environment to meet various needs, it has been necessary to implement numerous measures to prevent the deterioration of environmental conditions, This has resulted in the convening of many international conferences and conventions ratified by numerous countries, including Algeria. Attention to legislation is one of the tools to achieve the objectives of environmental policy in general, and the industrial environment in particular, which lead to the protection of human beings and the gradual elimination of industrial pollution, in accordance with the requirements of the environment and in harmony with the concept of sustainable development, by adopting a special policy.
