ملخص البحث: يتناول هذا البحث التطورات القانونية والقضائية التي طالت عملية إلغاء القرارات الإدارية والقيود الواردة عليها في القانون الفرنسي، ويستكشف التفاعل بين المبادئ التقليدية والقواعد الجديدة التي وضعها المشرع الفرنسي لضبط عملية إلغاء القرارات الإدارية من خلال تبسيط الإجراءات الإدارية حمايةً لحقوق المتعاملين مع الإدارة وضمانا لمتطلبات السلامة القانونية في إطار سيادة القانون. Summary of the research: This research addresses the legal and judicial developments that have affected the process of annulling administrative decisions and the associated restrictions in France, and explores the interaction between traditional principles and the new rules established by the French legislator to regulate the process of annulling administrative decisions by simplifying administrative procedures with the aim of protecting the rights of administrative users and ensuring the requirements of legal certainty within the framework of the rule of law.
