This study examines the challenges involved in translating complex psychopedagogical terminology from English into Arabic. Because psychopedagogy draws upon concepts from psychology, education, and cognitive science, its terminology is often abstract, culturally embedded, and theoretically debated even in its source language. These characteristics lead to inconsistencies and ambiguities in Arabic translations, causing confusion in educational contexts and academic discourse. By applying a comparative analysis, this research identifies patterns of variation and highlights the need for standardization, interdisciplinary collaboration, and culturally sensitive translation strategies. Such efforts can improve terminological consistency, facilitate clearer educational communication, and promote effective knowledge transfer across cultures.
