Modelling Supply Chain Performance Through An Integrated Performance Prism: A Framework And Empirical Study Of A Wire And Cable Company

Abstract

This study presents an integrated framework for supply chain performance measurement (SCPM). The objective was to design a simple yet effective tool to measure and improve performance. The methodology combines the Performance Prism (PP), Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP), and Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), which were applied to a set of non-financial Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) derived from expert and literature. Empirical results validated the approach, showing its utility in integrating objective-subjective measures and internal-external context measurement.
