The E-learning System And University Students' Academic Achievement

Abstract
This study aims to explore the level of Academic achievement among university students during the e-learning system implemented in Algerian universities during the COVID-19 pandemic. The study focused on the subject of Opinion Poll, taught to first-year master’s students in Sociology and Communication at the Faculty of Social and Human Sciences at Chadli Bendjedid University in El Tarf, Algeria. A written test was administered to a sample of 60 students (male and female) to assess their Academic achievement in this subject. After calculating the means and conducting a t-test, the following results were obtained: - The level of Academic achievement among first-year master’s students in Sociology and Communication in the subject of Opinion Poll was below average. - There were no statistically significant differences in the level of academic achievement in Opinion Poll among students attributed to the gender variable الملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة مستوى التحصيل الدراسي لطلبة الجامعة خلال نظام التعليم الالكتروني، الذي اعتمد في الجامعة الجزائرية خلال جائحة كورونا، وقد تم اختيار مادة سبر الاراء المدرسة لطلبة السنة الأولى ماستر علم الاجتماع الاتصال بكلية العلوم الاجتماعية والإنسانية بجامعة الشاذلي بن جديد بالطارف ( الجزائر) نموذجا، حيث تم تطبيق اختبار كتابي لمعرفة مستوى التحصيل الدراسي لهذا المادة على عينة مكونة من 60 طالبا وطالبا، وبعد حساب المتوسطات الحسابية واختبار ت توصلنا إلى النتائج التالية: - مستوى التحصيل الدراسي لدى طلبة السنة الأولى ماستر علم الاجتماع الاتصال في مادة سبر الاراء كان أقل من المتوسط. - لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوى التحصيل الدراسي لمادة سبر الاراء لدى الطلبة تعزى لمتغير الجنس.
