حوض بحيرة تشاد بين تأثير التغيرات المناخية ونشاط الجماعات الإرهابية

الملخص
: تعد منطقة حوض بحيرة تشاد من بين أكثر المناطق عرضة للأزمات في إفريقيا، سواء تعلق الأمر بالتطرف المرتبط بتغير المناخ، أو بنشاط الجماعات الإرهابية بها، والتي استغلت الأوضاع بالشكل الذي جعل منها موازية في آثارها لتلك التي تخلفها التغيرات المناخية. وعليه تسعى هذه الدراسة إلى فحص استقرار منطقة حوض تشاد من خلال رصد مظاهر التغير المناخي، وكذا نشاط الجماعات الإرهابية بها، وصولا إلى عرض أهم التحديات التي تعرفها المنطقة من انعدام للأمن الغذائي، وتفاقم لظاهرة النزوح...، لتخلص في الأخير إلى أن المخاطر الناشئة عن التفاعل بين الأحداث المناخية المتطرفة والعمليات الإرهابية في حوض بحيرة تشاد تزيد من حجم الهشاشة الأمنية. The Lake Chad Basin region is among the most vulnerable to crises in Africa, whether it is related to extremism linked to climate change, or the activity of terrorist groups there, which have exploited the situation in a way that has made it parallel in its effects to those left by climate change. Accordingly, this study seeks to examine the stability of the Chad Basin region by monitoring the manifestations of climate change, as well as the activity of terrorist groups there, in order to present the most important challenges facing the region, including food insecurity and the exacerbation of the phenomenon of displacement..., and finally concludes that the risks arising from the interaction between extreme climate events and terrorist operations in the Lake Chad Basin increase the extent of security fragility.
