Artificial Intelligence And International Relations: A Study Of The Us-china Competition For Global Leadership

Abstract
This study examines the topic of artificial intelligence in the field of international relations, using the example of US-China global competition with AI. The importance of this topic lies in its attempt to explore the international areas impacted by AI, To complete this study, we used the descriptive and analytical approach, At the end, we reached a set of results, the most important of which is that artificial intelligence has become one of the most prominent analytical variables influencing international interactions, and that US-China competition through AI will contribute in the future to building a new international system based on multipolarity. يتناول هذا الموضوع إشكالية الذكاء الاصطناعي في ميدان العلاقات الدولية عبر التنافس الأمريكي الصيني في ميدان الذكاء الاصطناعي، وتكمن أهمية هذا الموضوع في كونه يحاول اكتشاف المجالات الدولية التي أثر عليها الذكاء الاصطناعي كالسيادة وميزان القوى والأمن الدولي وكيفية استغلال الولايات المتحدة و الصين في اطار التنافس بينهما لثورة الذكاء الاصطناعي كسلاح ناعم لتحقيق الهيمنة العالمية .ولإنجاز هذه الدراسة اعتمدنا على استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي و في النهاية توصلنا الى أنّ الذكاء الاصطناعي بات من أبرز المتغيرات المؤثرة على التفاعلات الدولية و أنّ التنافس الصيني الأمريكي في هذا المجال سيساهم مستقبلا في بناء نظام عالمي جديد يقوم على التعددية القطبية.
