المعالجات الحديثة لصعوبات التعلم في ظل تعدد المقاربات -المدرسة الابتدائة نموذجا-

الملخص
باتت صعوبات التعلم ظاهرة في الوسط التعليمي، فوضعت الدولة برامج علاجية، وآليات بيداغوجية لتشخيص الخلل وعلاجه، وفي هذا السياق تناولت هذه الدراسة صعوبات التعلم عند متعلمي المدرسة الابتدائية وآليات العلاج المستحدثة التي أوصت بها وزارة التربية الوطنية في إطار المعالجة البيداغوجية المعتمدة، وقمنا بإجراء بعض المقابلات مع المعلمين، توصلنا من خلالها إلى نتائج تختزل أسباب تنامي هذه الصعوبات، مثل عدم تناسب المناهج المعتمدة وكثافة المواد، ما زاد في إحباط معنويات المتعلمين وبروز ظاهرة التسرب المدرسي، لذا كان الهدف من هذا البحث الكشف عن اليات المعالجة المتبعة من خلال إعداد وإنجاز بطاقات المعالجة لكل مستوى وإبراز العوامل المشتركة بين هذه البطاقات وتكييف كل منها مع نوع المشكلة والصعوبات التي تعترض الفئة المستهدفة في الحصص العلاجية المبرمجة أسبوعيا لتدارك النقص في التحصيل الدراسي ومساعدة هذه الفئة على تجاوز العقبات لتحقيق النجاح وبلوغ المرام. الكلمات المفتاحية: صعوبات التعلم؛ متعلم؛ معالجة؛ بيداغوجيا؛ مدرسة ابتدائية. Abstract: Learning disabilities have become a prevalent phenomenon in the educational environment, leading the state to establish remedial programs and pedagogical mechanisms aiming at diagnosing and addressing these challenges. In this regard, this study examines the learning disabilities among primary school pupils and the modern remedial mechanisms recommended by the Ministry of National Education in the framework if of the adopted pedagogical remedial work. We conducted several interviews with primary school teachers, through which we obtained results summarizing the reasons behind the increase in these difficulties, such as the inadequacy of the approved curricula and the density of the subjects. This has further increased the learners' frustration and lowered their morale, causing school dropout. Hence, this study seeks to uncover the implemented remedy mechanisms through the preparation and execution of remedial cards for each grade level, highlighting the common factors among these cards, and adapting each to the type of problem and the difficulties facing the target group during the weekly scheduled remedial sessions. This aims to address the academic achievement gap and help this group overcome obstacles to achieve success and reach their goals.
