الشد الإبداعي وعلاقته بالسلوك الاستباقي دراسة استطلاعية على عينة من أستاذة المركز الجامعي الشريف بوشوشة آفلو

الملخص
سعت الدراسة الحالية إلى التعرف على علاقة الشد الابداعي وأبعاده بالسلوك الإستباقي على عينة من أساتذة المركز الجامعي الشريف بوشوشة آفلو، ومن أجل تحقيق أهدافها اعتمدت المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي وعلى مقياس الشد الابداعي من تصميم الباحثين و مقياس السلوك الإستباقي ل:( Ahmed,2014)، واشتملت عينة الدراسة على (29) أستاذا، وقد أبانت النتائج على وجود علاقة ارتباطية ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متغيري الدراسة، وإلى عدم وجود فروق مستوى السلوك الإستباقي عند عينة الدراسة تبعا للتخصص الأكاديمي والسن، ووجود فروق عند عينة في مستوى السلوك الإستباقي حسب الخبرة المهنية. Abstract: The current study sought to identify the relationship of creative tension and its dimensions with proactive behavior on A sample of the professors of the Sharif Bouchoucha Aflou University Center, and in order to achieve its goals, the curriculum was adopted Descriptive associative and creative tension scale designed by researchers and proactive behavior scale for: (Ahmed,2014), the study sample included (29) teachers, and the results showed that there is a relationship Statistically significant correlation between the two study variables, and to the absence of differences the level of proactive behavior In the sample of the study, depending on the academic specialization and age, and the presence of differences in the sample in the level of behavior Proactive according to professional experience. creative tension; proactive behavior; university professors;
