This study examines the vital role of ethical leadership in the Fourth Industrial Revolution, marked by technologies like AI, IoT, and robotics. It explores how leaders can align these innovations with values such as integrity, fairness, and accountability. Using descriptive and interpretative methods, the study outlines key benefits of Industry 4.0—enhanced decision-making, transparency, employee engagement, and efficiency—alongside challenges like data privacy, algorithmic bias, and ethical risks. Findings show that leaders who promote ethical culture, training, adaptive policies, and open dialogue are better equipped to manage digital transformation responsibly. The study concludes that ethical leadership is crucial for sustainable and ethical tech-driven progress.
