Human resources training is an important investment that has a direct impact on developing individuals' performance and enhancing their efficiency. It also provides them with the knowledge and skills necessary to keep pace with the technological and economic changes that are accelerating in our current era. Through continuous training, institutions can improve and increase their productivity and enhance the quality of their services, which in turn increases their competitiveness in the market. Training also contributes to raising the morale of individuals and making them feel a sense of belonging, which reduces employee turnover and increases their loyalty. Therefore, training is central to building a strong workforce capable of achieving the strategic objectives of the institution.
