Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to highlight the impact of the Model platform on the quality of higher education at the University of M'Sila, relying on the descriptive analytical approach and analyzing data from a questionnaire directed to faculty members using the SPSS program. The results showed that the platform effectively contributes to improving the quality of education through ease of use, enhancing interaction between students and professors, providing flexible educational content, and applying effective electronic evaluation methods. The study also revealed technical and educational challenges that require the provision of ongoing training and support programs to ensure optimal and sustainable use of the platform.
