الملخص
يهدف هذا المقال إلى قراءة جديدة للمواقع الأثرية المحيطة بسيرتا، والتي طالما عرفت من طرف الباحثين الأجانب والفرنسيين بالخصوص منهم على أنها تعود للفترة الرومانية، رغم أن أصالتها المحلية تتجلى في العديد من المعطيات الأثرية وانطلاقا من هذه الغاية جاءت الاشكالية حول التساؤل عن طبيعة هذه المواقع الأثرية؟ وتسمياتها القديمة وبدايات نشأتها، وما مدى خضوع السكان المحليين فيها لسياسة الرومنة؟ وعن الدور الذي لعبته خلال فترة الاحتلال الروماني؟، وقد توصلنا إلى نتائج عديدة حول الأصالة المحلية لجل هذه المواقع الأثرية التي سكنها السكان المحليون قبل مجيء الرومان، كما أنها لم تطورت وأصبح دورها تأمين ممتلكات المعمرين الرومان، ومراكزا لجمع الضرائب والجباية خلال فترة الاحتلال الروماني. This article aims to provide a new reading of the archaeological sites surrounding Cirta, which have long been known by foreign and French researchers in particular as dating back to the Roman period, despite the fact that their local authenticity is evident in many archaeological data. With this aim, the problem of this research paper came about: questioning the nature of These archaeological sites?Its ancient names and the beginnings of its development, and to what extent was it subject to the Romanization? And about its role during the Roman occupation period? We have reached many conclusions about the local authenticity of most of these archaeological sites that were inhabited by the local population before the arrival of the Romans. Nor did it play the defensive role of Cirta under the Roman occupation,but rather its role quickly became to secure the properties of the Roman colonizers, and centers To collect taxes and collect.
