This study examines educational equity and social justice across three distinct educational systems: Algeria, Norway, and Qatar. Through comparative analysis, it explores how these countries approach equal educational opportunities despite their different socioeconomic contexts. The research investigates key aspects including access to education, resource distribution, infrastructure development, and support systems for disadvantaged students. The findings reveal that while Norway demonstrates comprehensive educational equality with strong governmental support, Qatar leverages its financial resources for educational development, and Algeria maintains a free education system while facing regional disparities. The study identifies critical success factors and challenges in each system, highlighting Norway's standardized approach, Qatar's significant investment in infrastructure, and Algeria's efforts to bridge urban-rural educational gaps. The research concludes with recommendations for improving educational equity in each country, emphasizing the importance of contextual adaptation in educational reform.
