آليات مكافحة تلوث المعلومات في البيئة الرقمية دراسة تحليلية لصفحة مسبار على الفايسبوك

الملخص
تهدف الدراسة بالدرجة الأولى إلى رسم صورة عن كيفية محاربة ومواجهة التلوث المعلوماتي الذي باتت تعاني منه البيئة الرقمية، من خلال دراسة تحليلية لعينة من منشورات على صفحة "مسبار" الفاسبوكية والتي تعنى بمكافحة انتشار الشائعات والأخبار الزائفة والمضللة، للوقوف على طبيعة المواضيع التي تركز علها ومصادر المعلومات الملوثة التي تحقق فيها،إضافة إلى تصنيفها و إبراز طرق تعامل الصفحة معها لإثبات عدم صحتها. توصلت الدراسة إلى أن الصفحة تهتم بتقصي المعلومات الملوثة في مختلف المجالات وأبرزها ذات العلاقة بالمجال الأمني العسكري والسياسي، كما تعد مواقع التواصل الاجتماعية المختلفة أكثر المصادر التي تنشر هذا النوع من المعلومات والتي تسعى الصفحة لمحاربتها بالاعتماد على مصادر متنوعة من مواقع مؤسسات إعلامية وحسابات على مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي إضافة إلى اعتماد تطبيقات للتحقق من الصور والفيديوهات ، التي تمكنها من تقديم شرح مفصل لمواطن التلاعب وإبراز الخبر الحقيقي بالصور والفيديوهات كأدلة على عدم صحتها. ABSTRACT The study primarily aims to draw a picture of how to combat and confront information pollution that the digital environment suffers from, through an analytical study of a sample of publications on the "Misbar" Facebook page, which is concerned with combating the spread of rumors and false and misleading news, to determine the nature of the topics it focuses on and the sources of polluted information that it investigates, in addition to classifying them and highlighting the ways the page deals with them to prove their incorrectness. The study found that the page is interested in investigating contaminated information in various fields, most notably those related to the military and political security field, and the various social networking sites are the most sources that publish this type of information, which the page seeks to combat by relying on various sources from the sites of media institutions and accounts on social networking sites, in addition to adopting applications to verify images and videos, which enable it to provide a detailed explanation of the areas of manipulation and highlight the real news with photos and videos as evidence of non- Health.
