Factoring Contract Suitability As A Mechanism Financing Of Economic Enterprises

Abstract
In the context of the legislative reform necessitated by the new orientations of the public authorities, we are witnessing the reception of new techniques such as that of factoring, which has marked its appearance in the Commercial Code. Dedicated to meeting the financial needs of economic enterprises, this study aims to understand the role that factoring contract can play as an financing alternative means of economic institutions, while analyzing the texts governing this type of contract في إطار الإصلاح التشريعي الذي فرضته التوجهات الجديدة للسلطات العامة، نشهد اعتماد تقنيات جديدة مثل عقد تحويل الفاتورة، الذي أدرجه المشرع الجزائري في القانون التجاري. تهدف هذه الدراسة، المخصصة لتلبية الاحتياجات المالية للمؤسسات الاقتصادية، إلى الإحاطة بالدور الذي يمكن أن يؤديه عقد تحويل الفاتورة كبديل تمولي للمؤسسات الاقتصادية ، مع تحليل النصوص التي تحكم هذا نوع من العقود
