This study examines the impact of socio-psychological skills on enhancing volunteer work effectiveness at Al-Manar Association for children with intellectual disabilities and autism. The association provides services like diagnosis, rehabilitation, recreational activities, and vocational training. Volunteers demonstrated strong skills in communication, empathy, decision-making, and stress management, fostering positive relationships with children and their families. A strong correlation was found between these skills and the effectiveness of voluntary work, improving children's motor, cognitive, and social skills, while boosting their self-confidence and overall quality of life.
