خطاب التقديم عند مختار الأحمدي نويوات خصائصه وموضوعاته

الملخص
يهدف هذا البحث إلى إبراز خصائص خطاب التقديم في المجلات العلمية، والتي اخترنا منها افتتاحيات مختار الأحمدي نويوات لمجلة اللغة العربيّة الصادرة عن المجلس الأعلى للغة العربيّة، وهي في نظرنا افتتاحيات جادّة تحمل فكراً معرفيّا متكاملاً ورؤية لغويّة ثاقبة، عالج من خلالها قضايا لغويّة وأسئلة معرفية مختلفة تتناسب مع طبيعة المقالات المنشورة في كلّ عدد، ومن أبرز القضايا التي عالجها قضيّة العدالة اللغويّة، والتي كانت مشتركاً معرفيا بين أغلب افتتاحياته، حيث يعتبر اللغات سواء في الدراسة اللسانية، وإنما يكون التفاضل بما ينتجه مستعملوها علميا وثقافيا وحضاريا معتبراً العيب في الإنسان لا في اللسان. This study seeks to highlight the characteristics of introductory discourse in scholarly journals. Particularly, we focus on the works of Mukhtar al-Ahmadi Nuiwat in the Journal of the Arabic Language, published by the High Council of the Arabic Language. From our perspective, these are serious editorials that express a comprehensive body of knowledge and a keen linguistic vision. Through them, the author addresses a range of linguistic issues and epistemological questions aligned with the themes of each issue’s articles. Among the topics he treats is linguistic justice, which constitutes a recurrent epistemic thread across most of his editorials. He argues that all languages are equal within linguistic inquiry, and that any differentiation lies in what their users produce—scientifically, culturally, and civilizationally, holding that shortcomings are due to humans rather than to the language itself.
