المجتمع المدني: دارسة في المرجعية الفكرية لنشأة وتطور المفهوم

الملخص
ملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على المرجعية الفكرية والمحطات التي شهدها تطور مفهوم المجتمع المدني على مر العصور؛ من التاريخ اليوناني الي الفترة المعاصرة، فالمجتمع المدني كمفهوم لم يتبلور بشكله الحالي إلا بإسهامات العديد من المفكرين وفلاسفة السياسة خاصة. لتتوصل الدراسة إلى أن المجتمع المدني من المفاهيم التي تحظى بالدراسة والاهتمام منذ القدم وإلى غاية الوقت الراهن لما يحمل من دلالات وأدوار لمواجهة مختلف تحديات الدول والمجتمعات، والقيام بدور فاعل في السياسات العامة للدول والمساهمة في تحقيق التنمية في مختلف مجالات الحياة. Abstract: This study aims to shed light on the intellectual reference and stations witnessed in the development of the concept of civil society throughout the ages; from Greek history to the contemporary period, Civil society as a concept did not crystallize in its current form except through the contributions of many thinkers and political philosophers in particular. To conclude that civil society is one of the concepts that has received study and attention since ancient times until the present time because of the connotations, roles it carries to confront the various challenges countries and societies.
