الملخص

ملخص: يشهد البحث العلمي تحولات بنيوية بفعل تطور تقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي، وهو ما ينعكس على منهجيات البحث وجودة المخرجات. تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحليل تأثير الذكاء الاصطناعي على البحث العلمي من خلال مقارنة نقدية بين النموذجين الصيني والأمريكي. اعتمدت الدراسة على منهج تحليلي مقارن شمل مراجعة الأدبيات وتحليل السياسات ودراسات حالة جامعية. وتوصلت إلى أن الذكاء الاصطناعي يعيد تشكيل مختلف مراحل البحث العلمي، كما أبرزت تشابهات واختلافات جوهرية بين التجربتين، وناقشت تحديات أخلاقية ومنهجية مشتركة مثل الشفافية والتحيز الخوارزمي. واختتمت الدراسة بتوصيات عملية لتعزيز تبني الذكاء الاصطناعي في السياق الجامعي الجزائري بطريقة مسؤولة وفعالة. الكلمات المفتاح : ذكاء اصطناعي ؛ بحث علمي ؛ جودة المخرجات ؛ تحديات أخلاقية ؛ دراسة مقارنة. تصنيف JEL : I23 ؛ O33 ؛ O57 Abstract: Scientific research is undergoing structural transformations due to the advancement of artificial intelligence (AI), which affects research methodologies and output quality. This study aims to analyze AI's impact on scientific research through a critical comparative analysis of the Chinese and American models. It adopts a comparative analytical methodology based on literature review, policy analysis, and university case studies. The findings indicate that AI is reshaping all stages of research, highlighting key similarities and differences between the two models. The study also addresses shared ethical and methodological challenges, such as transparency and algorithmic bias. It concludes with practical recommendations to support the responsible and effective adoption of AI in the Algerian academic context.
