Abstract
Abstract:This study investigates the impact of adopting artificial intelligence (AI) technologies on diagnostic accuracy and treatment effectiveness in healthcare institutions. Using survey data from 306 healthcare professionals, the results reveal a significant positive relationship between AI adoption, diagnostic accuracy, and treatment effectiveness. Findings show that technical challenges strongly affect AI effectiveness, whereas human and organizational challenges have no significant impact Résumé: Cette étude analyse l’impact de l’adoption de l’intelligence artificielle (IA) sur la précision du diagnostic et l’efficacité des traitements dans les établissements de santé. Basée sur une enquête auprès de 306 professionnels de santé, elle montre une relation positive significative entre l’utilisation de l’IA, la précision diagnostique et l’efficacité thérapeutique. Les résultats indiquent que les défis techniques influencent fortement l’efficacité de l’IA, contrairement aux défis humains et organisationnels
