Advanced technologies such as artificial intelligence require a clear and comprehensive legal framework capable of addressing the novel challenges they present. Accordingly, legislators must develop specific regulations that define the legal responsibilities arising from the use of AI technologies. These laws should include explicit provisions on liability, identifying who bears responsibility in cases where AI systems cause harm. Moreover, such legislation must take into account the degree of autonomy of these systems, as highly interactive or self-operating AI applications are likely to necessitate more precise mechanisms of accountability, compensation, and oversight
Artificial Intelligence – Resulting Damages – Legal Liability – Civil Liability – Criminal Liability.
