Abstract
Despite the technological revolution brought about by artificial intelligence in various aspects that have contributed to facilitating life, it has created legal challenges, the most important of which is its impact on civil liability, especially since artificial intelligence sometimes works without human intervention, which makes it highly capable of carrying out tasks quickly and accurately, like a self-driving car that causes a traffic accident. It is possible that this damage was caused by humans, which makes it difficult to determine who is responsible for the damage. In this article, we addressed the challenges posed by artificial intelligence in the field of civil liability. What is the legal basis for damage resulting from the use of artificial intelligence mechanisms in light of civil liability provisions?
