الملخص
الملخص: تنشأ المنظمات الدولية لغرض التنسيق بين الدول في الأمور المشتركة والمتفق عليها وتحقيق التعاون الدولي. وتملك المنظمة الدولية جهاز إداري ومقر دائم لها، واختصاصات محددة ومنصوص عليها، وتمثيل من الدول الأعضاء فيها ومجموعة من الموظفين الدوليين، إضافة إلى المكاتب الإقليميــــة، والنشاطات الوظيفية القائمة عليها. وذلك على خلاف الاتفاقيات الدولية التي تضبط موضوع محدد وموحد، وتحدد الإطار القانوني وإجراءات التطبيق الميداني لها.. ندرس في هذا المقال جدوى الاختصاص الإنمائي للمنظمات الدولية من خلال دراسة المجال العام للمنظمات الدولية، وإمكانية التخصص الإنمائي للمنظمات الدولية، ذات المجال العام أو المجال المتخصص. Abstract: International organizations are established for the purpose of coordinating between countries in common and agreed upon matters and achieving international cooperation. The international organization has an administrative structure, a permanent headquarters, specific and stipulated terms of reference, representation from its member states and a group of international employees, in addition to regional offices and functional activities in it. This is in contrast to international treaties that define a unified subject, and define the legal organization and field application procedures for it. In this article, we study the feasibility of development specialization for international organizations by studying the general field of international organizations and the possibility of development specialization for international organizations, with a general domain or specialized domain.
