The Relationship Between Electronic Management And Professional Alienation Within The Organization - A Socio-professional Approach

Abstract
The research topic aims to determine the socio-professional relationship between the concept of electronic management and the phenomenon of professional alienation.Given that most organizations ignore the negative effects of modern means of communication on the continuity of the organization. Intended to accomplish work quickly and provide services ,without paying attention to the adverse results resulting,from the embodiment of this administrative concept, Through its contribution to establishing negative organizational phenomenon, namely professional alienation, It is related to the human element. يهدف موضوع البحث إلى تحديد العلاقة السوسيو مهنية بين مفهوم الإدارة الإلكترونية و ظاهرة الإغتراب المهني نظرا لإغفال جل التنظيمات بالآثار السلبية لتقنيات المعلومات و الإتصالات على بقائها و إستمرارها و كذا على تحقيق فعاليتها إنطلاقا من حرصها على إدماج هاته التقنيات ضمن ممارساتها الإدارية من أجل تدعيم أجهزتها و الإنتقال من العمل التقليدي إلى العمل الإلكتروني الحديث ، رغبة منها في إنجاز الأعمال بسرعة و تقديم الخدمات للمستفيدين بكفاءة عالية و بتكلفة أقل. دون الإهتمام بتداعيات تجسيد هذا المفهوم الإداري من خلال مساهمته في إرساء ظاهرة تنظيمية سلبية ، ألا و هي ظاهرة الإغتراب المهني التي تصب في الإتجاه العكسي لتحقيق فعالية التنظيم، من خلال أثرها في مصدر المعرفة و مصدر التطور التكنولوجي، يتعلق الأمر بالعنصر البشري الذي يعتبر مفتاح النجاح و أهم مورد بالنسبة لكل التنظيمات.
