تشخيص صعوبات ممارسة المرافقة النفسية من وجهة نظر مستشاري التوجيه المهني دراسة ميدانية بقطاع التكوين والتعليم المهنيين بالجزائر

الملخص
استهدفت الدراسة تشخيص صعوبات ممارسة المرافقة النفسية لفائدة المتكونين خلال مسارهم التكويني كما يراها مستشارو التوجيه التقييم والإدماج المهنيين، في قطاع التكوين المهني بالجزائر، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة ذات الطبيعة الوصفية صمم الباحثان استمارة استبيان في أربعة أبعاد تحيط بمختلف الصعوبات المفترضة، وبعد التحقق من فعالية الأداة تم تطبيق الاستبيان الكترونيا، أين تم اختيار عينة عشوائية، بلغت (142) مستشار توجيه، منهم (42) ذكرا، و (100) أنثى. من مجموع (473) استجابة الكترونية. وقد أسفرت نتائج اختبار الفرضيات على وجود صعوبات في ممارسة المرافقة النفسية كما يراها مستشارو التوجيه في مختلف الأبعاد؛ أين أظهرت نتائج اختبار ( T) أن القيمة المحسوبة بلغت (107.30)، وهي دالة إحصائيا عند مستوى (0.01)، هذا وتصدرت مؤشرات الصعوبات التقنية المرتبة الأولى، تلتها الصعوبات التنظيمية والإدارية، ثم الصعوبات التي تعود للمستشار والمتكون. في حين خلصت الدراسة إلى أنه لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في تشخيص هذه الصعوبات تعزى لمتغيري الجنس وسنوات الأقدمية. وتوصي الدراسة بضرورة تخطيط وتنظيم مهام المرافقة النفسية في برنامج مبني على المقاربات النظرية التي تحيط بمختلف جوانب شخصية المتكون لمساعدته على بناء مشروعه المهني، مع ضرورة إعادة النظر في برامج تحسين المستوى لهذه الفئة بما يتوافق مع المستجدات العلمية في ميدان التوجيه المهني الحديث. The study aimed to diagnose the difficulties encountered in practicing psychological support for trainees during their training process, as perceived by vocational guidance, assessment, and integration counselors in the vocational training sector in Algeria. To achieve the objectives of this descriptive study, the researchers designed a questionnaire covering four dimensions that encompass the presumed difficulties. After verifying the reliability and validity of the instrument, the questionnaire was administered electronically to a randomly selected sample of 142 guidance counselors (42 males and 100 females), out of a total of 473 electronic responses. The results of hypothesis testing revealed the existence of difficulties in providing psychological support, as perceived by guidance counselors across all dimensions. The t-test showed that the calculated value (107.30) was statistically significant at the 0.01 level. Technical difficulties ranked first, followed by organizational and administrative difficulties, then difficulties related to both counselors and trainees. The study further concluded that there were no statistically significant differences in diagnosing these difficulties attributable to gender or years of professional experience. The study recommends the necessity of planning and organizing psychological support tasks within a program based on theoretical approaches that address various aspects of the trainee’s personality to help them build their career project, in addition to reconsidering the content of professional development programs for this category in line with scientific advances in the field of modern vocational guidance.
