الملخص
لقد كان لعلم مختلف الحديث دوره في ضبط التعامل مع السنة النبوية قبولا وفقها، وذلك من خلال اتجاهين فكريين؛ وهما الاتجاه الحديثي والاتجاه الأصولي، وقد اقترنا في البدايات الأولى للعلوم في مسار منهجي واحد؛ إذ كان الأصولي الفقيه محدثا، لكن مع انفصال العلوم تدريجيا أدى ذلك إلى نوع تباين بين الاتجاهين في التعامل مع السنة النبوية، إن دراسة مفهوم ونشأة علم مختلف الحديث أوضح مسار هذا التباين المنهجي وأثره في التعامل مع السنة النبوية. The various hadiths has played a role in regulating the acceptance and application of the Prophetic Sunnah through two intellectual trends: the Hadith trend and the Usul al-Fiqh trend. In the early beginnings of the sciences, these two approaches were combined in a single methodological path, with the Usul al-Fiqh jurist being a Hadith scholar. However, with the gradual separation of the sciences, this led to a degree of divergence between the two approaches to the Prophetic Sunnah. A study of the concept and origin of the science of Hadith clarifies the course of this methodological divergence and its impact on the approach to the Prophetic Sunnah.
