أهمية تطوير الصناعة الغذائية في الجزائر The Importance Of Developing The Food Industry In Algeria

الملخص

يعتبر فرع الصناعة الغذائية أحد أهم الفروع الصناعية التي تربط بين قطاعين هامين في الاقتصاد الوطني من جهة وأحد أهم محركات الاقتصاد الوطني التي تساهم في تحقيق الأمن الغذائي المستدام. لذلك فإننا حاولنا من خلال هذه الرقة البحثية إبراز الدور الذي تلعبه الصناعة الغذائية في الاقتصاد الوطني وأهم التحديات التي تواجهها الجزائر للنهوض بهذا الفرع أين خلصت الدراسة إلى أن هذا الفرع لازال يحتاج للمزيد من الإصلاحات رغم الجهود المبذولة من طرف الدولة وأنه يعاني من تراجع كبير أمام المنتج الدولي. لهذا أوصت الدراسة إلى ضرورة إعادة النظر في كيفية ربط هذا الفرع بالقطاعين الزراعي والصناعي وكذا قطاع البحث العلمي بغية النهوض بهذا الفرع. Abstract: The food industry is considered as one of the most important industrial branches that links two important sectors in the national economy on the one hand and one of the most important divers of the national economy that contributes to achieving sustainable food security. Therefore, through this research paper, we tried first to highlight the role that the food industry plays in the national economy and the most important challenges Algeria faces in developing this branch. The results show that this branch still needs further reforms despite the efforts made by the state and that it suffers from a significant decline in comparison to international products. Therefore, the study recommended the need to reconsider how to link this branch of food industry to the agricultural and industrial sectors, as well as the scientific research sector, in order to develop this field.
