ميثاق آداب أخلاقيات المهنة الجامعية: المفهوم والأهمية

الملخص
مع التطور التكنولوجي الذي يعيشه عالم اليوم، ومع ما يعرف بالذكاء الاصطناعي الذي اقتحم ميادين كثيرة من بينها ميادين البحث العلمي، ولما أفرزه من تبعات متعددة على مسار مصداقية النتائج العلمية للكثير من البحوث والأعمال العلمية، ولتأسيس شرعية لهذا العمل وللمهنة بحد ذاتها خصص ما يعرف بميثاق آداب وأخلاقيات المهنة بالجامعة، هذا الأخير الذي يعد في حقيقته إقرار مباشر صريح وعلني،يقوم قوامه على تحمل المؤسسة الاجتماعية للمهام المخولة على عاتق الفرد الباحث، وعلى عاتق كل الفاعلين الاجتماعيين المتواجدين بمؤسسة الجامعة ككيان اجتماعي متعدد الأدوار والأهداف، يقوم بالدرجة الأولى على محاولة إخضاع جميع أنشطة المؤسسة الجامعية لمتطلبات الأخلاق والصرامة العلمية والفكرية؛ كون أنّ الأخلاق والمسؤولية يعدان مطلبا أساسيا وعنصر مهم من عناصر سير العملية التعليمية والتعلمية داخل الجامعة، وعليه سوف نركز على ماهية ميثاق آداب وأخلاقيات المهنة الجامعية، بالاعتماد على الإشارة إلى أهم عناصره، والدور الذي تلعبه في تطوير الأداء الوظيفي للجامعة.
