Authors : Sennai Belhadj . Hakka Mohammed Azzedine .

Abstract

This article aims to demonstrate the involvement of the State in the field of vocational training, focusing on a public enterprise operating in the public works sector. In order to verify the implementation of the training measures taken by the State, a questionnaire was developed and distributed to a sample of 40 employees of LTPO. Following data analysis using the SPSS software, the results show that the role and effectiveness of the training under taken is highlighted, demonstrating that the regulatory framework encourages companies to implement training programmers for their sample employees more effectively than before, with a 75% satisfaction rate among participants. These findings suggest that the introduction of a tax by the authorities has encouraged employers to intensify their staff training efforts.
