الملخص
تُعتبر مدينة مازونة من أبرز الحواضر العلمية في الغرب الجزائري، وقد شكلت عبر القرون مركزًا مهمًّا لنشر العلوم الشرعية، وعلى رأسها الفقه المالكي، الذي استقر مذهبه في المغرب الإسلامي وأضحى المرجع الرئيس في الحياة الدينية والقضائية والاجتماعية. وقد ساهم في ترسيخ هذا المذهب عدد كبير من العلماء الذين تخرجوا في مدارس مازونة أو أسهموا في بنائها العلمي، ومن بينهم الشيخ موسى بن عيسى المغيلي، الذي يُعد من الأعلام البارزين في القرن التاسع الهجري. Mazouna is considered one of the most prominent scientific centers in western Algeria. Over the centuries, it has served as an important center for the dissemination of Islamic law, most notably Maliki jurisprudence, whose doctrine became established in the Islamic Maghreb and became the primary authority in religious, judicial, and social life.. A large number of scholars who graduated from the Mazouna schools or contributed to its scientific development contributed to the consolidation of this doctrine, including Sheikh Musa bin Issa Al-Maghili, who is considered one of the most prominent figures of the ninth century AH.
