Abstract
This study examines the impact of knowledge management on documentary institutions by analyzing its role in enhancing organizational performance and adressing associated challenges, as the research employs the desprictive analytical approach to investigate the relationship between knowledge management strategies and their effects on operational processes and strategic decision making. The study concludes that technological solutions play a significant role in improving institutional efficiency, streamlining information flow, and formulating effective knowledge management strategies.
